Your move-in day should be exciting, not stressful. Make sure your first rent instalment is paid before arrival, and book a check-in appointment in advance. Check-ins are available Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
When it is time to move out, book your check-out inspection, pack everything, and clean the room thoroughly. Provided there are no damages, your deposit will be refunded within 25 working days after check-out.
